- Emotions: happiness,
- Excitement, sarcasm,disappointment,

- He became old. So he had to wind up the whole thing.Wind up means shutting down.
- The speaker went on boring all the audience.
- So the secretary shouted and told someone to keep Silence.
- So the speaker understood and he was pulled up short his speech.
- The actor pulled himself up and gain control over his actions and did his act well.
- Giving up smoking and drinking can save you from cancer.
- Giving up means to surrender and relinquish.
- In the plays put up by the club,he did well .
